Patrick (Rick) J. Engels
President and CEO |
Rick has a wealth of knowledge and experience in bringing to success a
variety of companies ranging from small private start ups to large public
corporations. He also carried out a number of mergers and acquisitions. In
his career, Engels has been noted as an expert in developing measurement
systems that drive economic and shareholder value.
Rick Engels comes to BroadSign from Petters Group Worldwide, where he served
as CFO and Media/Marketing portfolio manager. Prior to joining Petters
Group, Rick was the CFO of Cannon Solutions, a retail solutions company
based in Europe. Before that he held a senior management position in Deluxe
Corporation. Prior, Rick served as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte and Touche. Rick also
served in the United States Navy as a diver and served aboard submarines.
Engels holds a BA from Chaminade University of Honolulu and an MBA from the
University of St. Thomas.

Brian Dusho
Chief Strategy Officer |
Brian Dusho is responsible for company strategy, global sales organization and all business development activities. Brian remains active on boards and committee’s of the Outdoor Advertising Association of America (OAAA), Out of Home Video Advertising Bureau (OVAB) and Canadian Out of Home Digital Association (CODA) to established industry standards and leading practices for digital out of home.
Brian has a 10-year track record of success in technology businesses in the audiovisual, control center and broadcast integration market. He served in sales and marketing leadership positions with Intellisys Group, Miami Computer Supply Inc. (NASDAQ: MCSC) and served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Hoffman Video. Prior to joining BroadSign, Brian co-founded a company named 1-800-AV-NATION specializing in consulting and large digital out of home deployment projects in North America utilizing a network of 500 locations and 8,000 technicians. Brian has a BA from Kent State University.

Marie Elamar
Executive Vice President and General Manager, Canadian Operations |
Marie is in charge of administration, human resources and investor relations for BroadSign Canada Inc., a division of BroadSign International. Marie occupied various positions at the National Bank of Canada in the 90’s. Prior to joining BroadSign International, Marie worked as Vice-President of Investor Relations and Strategic Development at a technology start up company and later - as President of LTS Networks Inc., a digital signage R&D company. Marie is a graduate of the Lebanese University (Beirut, Lebanon) with a degree in Management of Network Technologies.

David Steichen
Chief Financial Officer |
David Steichen is responsible for building world class finance, accounting, and human resources organizations and for preparing the company to become public by enhancing its financial reporting controls and corporate governance processes. Other specific responsibilities include strategic international tax planning, review of finance, accounting, and reporting systems to ensure adequacy.
Prior to joining BroadSign Mr. Steichen served as Chief Financial Officer of Analysts International Corporation, (NASDAQ – ANLY) a $400 million technology services firm headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he was responsible for bringing the company into compliance with Sarbanes Oxley legislation, reviewing, negotiating, conducting due diligence and integrating multiple acquisitions. Prior to serving as CFO of Analysts International, Mr. Steichen served 13 years with Deloitte & Touche. While at Deloitte & Touche, Mr. Steichen served two years in the national office of that firm working exclusively with clients preparing for and completing public company filing with the SEC.
