The BroadSign™ Suite hosted solution allows you to concentrate on your core business and not worry about maintaining an enterprise-class server, its security, capacity and scalability.
The following services are provided within our Software as a Service (SaaS) monthly fee model:
Hosting
BroadSign™ Servers are hosted in a world-class data center. Our data center uses redundant gigabit Internet connections, and is located in a secure environment, with multiple power backup and data backup systems. Hosting is always included in the SaaS model fees for the duration of the contract.
Software Maintenance
BroadSign’s Support specialists will intervene when necessary to correct any troubleshooting incident.
Updates
The BroadSign development team is constantly improving the software based on latest market requirements and feature requests from clients. Each of the features within the BroadSign Suite is available to all clients. When an update of the software is available, it can be remotely transferred to the players eliminating the need for costly on-site visits by technicians.
Host Monitoring
The Host Monitoring service focuses on BroadSign Player “health”. Using the BroadSign Administrator you can specify a list of contacts that will be notified of any changes in the state of all BroadSign Players on your network.
Help-Desk
Our support department can help resolve problems related to the BroadSign Suite software via email or by phone.
