Brian Dusho
Chief Executive Officer
Brian Dusho is the co-founder and CEO of BroadSign International. A visionary and groundbreaker, Dusho and his company, developer of the industry-leading BroadSign Digital Signage Software, are at the forefront of the fastest-growing media segment in the world.
Mr. Dusho boasts an impressive 17-year track record in the software, audiovisual and broadcast integration markets. He was notably the founder of AV Nation, a large-scale digital signage network deployment company, and has also held several executive management positions at Intellisys and MCSi. Globally regarded as one of the most respected and insightful thought-leaders in digital signage, Mr. Dusho is a member of the Board of Directors of the industry’s most influential associations including the Digital Place-Based Advertising Association (DPAA) and Digital Signage Federation (DSF).
He holds a BA in Finance from Kent State University.

Marie Elamar
Executive Vice President and General Manager, Canadian Operations
As executive vice president and general manager of Canadian Operations, Marie Elamar is BroadSign’s administrative backbone, overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations including finances and human resources.
Ms. Elamar co-founded BroadSign in 2004 and served as its vice president of Investor Relations and Strategic Development until 2006. Leveraging her commercial prowess and strategic insight, Ms. Elamar championed BroadSign’s strategic transition from a small research and development company to a leading global provider of digital signage software. Prior to BroadSign, she held a number of executive positions at software start-ups and publicly-traded companies. In all, she brings 13 years of experience in the digital signage industry to BroadSign.
Ms. Elamar is a graduate of Lebanese University (Beirut, Lebanon) with a degree in Management of Network Technologies.

Skip Beloff
Vice President, Sales
As vice president of Sales, Skip Beloff leads BroadSign’s global sales strategy and is responsible for its direct and channel revenue.
No stranger to the industry, Mr. Beloff brings to BroadSign over 27 years in media, advertising and technology sales. Prior to joining BroadSign, he founded and presided over Belstar Consultants Inc., an advertising and new technology consultancy, where he helped some of North America’s most prolific media and advertising companies innovate with non–traditional media solutions. Mr. Beloff also served as vice president of mobile promotions at Airborne Entertainment, a leading provider and publisher of premier mobile entertainment content and applications, as well as executive vice president and partner at Dan Media, one of North America’s first and largest digital signage networks. Passionate and driven, Mr. Beloff’s leadership was a key factor in the growth of Internet service provider TotalNet Inc., which grew to become Canada’s largest ISP, as well as CTV, Canada’s largest television network, where he spent 15 years in senior sales positions.
Mr. Beloff holds a Bachelors of Commerce in Marketing from Concordia University.

Daniel Parisien
Vice President, Marketing and Strategy
One of BroadSign’s co-founders, Mr. Parisien has overseen the implementation and growth of some of the most successful digital signage networks in the world. Passionate and innovative, he co-detains several patents in the field of digital media and advertising. Mr. Parisien has over 13 years of experience in SaaS B2B product management, technical sales and marketing. Prior to BroadSign, he co-founded eEvolved Real-Time Technologies with Bryan Mongeau. eEvolved was a pioneering SaaS provider of local e-commerce and geo-targeted marketing solutions.

Bryan Mongeau
Vice President, Technology
As BroadSign’s vice president of Technology, Bryan Mongeau oversees all of the company’s technical aspects, including product development, quality assurance and IT operations where he provisions, deploys and maintains BroadSign’s private application cloud.
A co-founder of BroadSign, Mr. Mongeau has greatly contributed to the development of its Digital Signage Software, both as a developer in the early days and later as the head of the R&D team. An industry veteran, he has over 13 years of experience in software development lifecycle management, nine of which have been in the digital signage industry. Mr. Mongeau is a highly qualified and experienced manager with extensive hands-on expertise in the development and delivery of enterprise-grade SaaS applications and services.

Franco Romanelli
Vice President, Client Services
As vice president of Client Services, Franco Romanelli oversees BroadSign’s support, technical consultation and managed services departments. In doing so, Mr. Romanelli ensures that the highest level of service is provided to BroadSign clients.
Mr. Romanelli joined BroadSign in 2004 as a support agent. Given that there was no support department in place at that time, he was handed the task of building one. As a result of Mr. Romanelli’s success, he then spearheaded the creation of the managed services department in 2007.
Mr. Romanelli holds a Computer Engineering degree from Concordia University.
