Here we grow againWe’re currently looking to add a kick-ass Account Manager to our team.

Your day to day will vary but your mission is simple:

As an account manager, you will own and develop partnerships with global accounts in order to establish a trusted adviser relationship with all accounts. To do so, you’ll work closely with clients and various other departments to proactively identify client needs and propose thorough solutions. Essentially, you’ll provide on-going communication with all accounts at regular intervals and ensure that customers remain satisfied.

Of course, if this role to speaks to you, you’re someone who has:

  • 5+ years of account management experience, ideally within the software industry and on a global scale
  • DOOH (Digital Out of Home) experience considered a strong asset
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of Hardware (Computers, Screens…), Operating Systems (Windows, Linux), Content (Videos, Images, HTML, Flash) and networking
  • Excellent customer service and customer relations skills
  • Experience with solution sales and long sales cycles
  • Strong sense of urgency and thorough follow-up skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to be resourceful when assisting clients
  • Self-driven individual
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
