Customer Success Manager

This position is based downtown Montreal, QC. 

As the leading Software-as-a-Service company in the digital signage industry, BroadSign is looking for a dynamic and driven individual with a strong ability to form trusted partnerships with clients and ensure complete customer delight. BroadSign’s Customer Success Manager will act as a BroadSign ambassador and create loyal customers by ensuring end-to-end success while using our solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and develop partnership with assigned clients during the client lifecycle following the sales process
  • Establish a trusted/strategic adviser relationship with each assigned client and drive continued value of our products and services
  • Act as the interface of the client with various internal departments to address any customer concerns (ex: billing items)
  • Assist customers by removing obstacles that prevents them from deploying
  • Monitor the on-boarding for new customers and provide assistance as needed
  • Work with customers to identify critical goals and key performance indicators. Review these goals on a regular interval
  • Proactively identify client needs and propose a thorough solution
  • Provide on-going communication with assigned customers at regular intervals and ensure that customers remain satisfied

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally within the software industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Experience with sales process and involvement in closing sales deals
  • Strong technical competence and strong knowledge of Hardware (Computers, Screens…), Operating Systems (Windows, Linux), Content (Videos, Images, HTML, Flash) and networking
  • Strong sense of urgency and thorough follow-up skills
  • Previous experience with Salesforce
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to be resourceful when assisting customers
  • Self-driven individual
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Bilingual (English / French)
